Who we are

INAI is a forthcoming matchmaking service for Tamil Christians. This website currently collects expressions of interest ahead of our launch.

The data controller is Ever Thine Ltd, and you can reach us at support@inai-connect.com. Our postal address is available on request.

What we collect

At this stage, very little:

We do not collect your name, date of birth, photographs, or any information about your faith through this website. Those come later, inside the app itself, and will be covered by a separate policy at that time.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your email address for one purpose: to tell you about INAI's launch. That means a short confirmation that you have joined, a notice a few days before we go live, and a message on launch day. We rely on your consent as our lawful basis, which you give by submitting your email on our waiting list form.

We use anonymous visit data to understand how many people are finding the site and which pages hold their attention, relying on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our own website. Because this data is not linked to you as an individual, it cannot be used to identify you.

We will not use your email address for anything else, and we will never sell it, rent it, or pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe, or until twelve months after launch if you never open or act on our emails, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we retain only the minimum record needed to make sure we do not email you again by mistake.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email us at support@inai-connect.com. We will respond within one month.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers. Our analytics are cookieless by design, which is why you are not being asked to click through a cookie banner.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

INAI is early in its life and this policy will grow as the service does, most significantly when the app itself launches. If we make a change that materially affects how we use your data, we will email everyone on the waiting list before it takes effect.
